In order to fulfil their role on the committee, all HERAS Committee members have access to the personal details provided by HERAS members on the membership form.
The dataset is stored on Secure Laptop computers held by the Secretary and the Data Protection Officer, to whom all questions regarding your dataset should be addressed. Contact details are on the contacts page.
Your contact preferences are also listed on the Membership Registration Form. Please print and complete this form and bring it with you to any meeting. Copies of the form are available at the meetings.
